Implement and maintain factory wide safety initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
鈥 Perform safety audits, risks assessment and inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, insuring safety regulation compliance
鈥 Develop and maintain a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture
鈥 Identify best practices initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices
鈥 Conduct training/tests in Fire drill, First aids, safety laws and regulations, hazardous material handling, and use of safety equipment
鈥 Provide coaching, guidance, to employees on safety initiatives and necessary changes
鈥 Conduct new employees HSE Induction
