Health & Safety Officer

Job requirements

Implement and maintain factory wide safety initiatives.

Job responsibilities:

      Perform safety audits, risks assessment and inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, insuring safety regulation compliance

      Develop and maintain a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture

      Identify best practices initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices

      Conduct training/tests in Fire drill, First aids, safety laws and regulations, hazardous material handling, and use of safety equipment

      Provide coaching, guidance, to employees on safety initiatives and necessary changes

      Conduct new employees HSE Induction
