Job responsibilities锛
1. Internal control and SOX control for all China sites on the cycle of procurement to pay, order to cash, cash management.
2. Design internal work flow for AR/AP/Treasury functions, maintain related China policy, guidance and process on related functions.
3. Run China finance shared service center AR/AP/Treasury functions healthy without hidden risk, ensure all of China shared service job in compliance with corporate and government policies.
4 .Audit, monitor and control the AP/AR/Treasury jobs in local finance team.
5. Transactional job quality and efficiency improvement, such as AP DPO, GRIR, POT, GIT; AR DSO锛Concur expense reporting
6 . Monthly and yearly closing timely without material mistake, prepare requested all kinds analysis or control reports timely
7 . Cash management for each sites in China such as daily operation cash management, cash forecast, bank accounts management,
8 .Treasury function development in China, such as: Bank charge negotiation; Cash convert in oversea, Financial products鈥
9. Cross function support: Analysis or training to sales team, purchasing team and operation team. Provide problem solution with new business.
10 .Communicate with auditors for different purpose.
