Job Description
1.Responsible to manage the daily operation and budget for the following departments :Maintenance Dept, Injection Molding Shop, Assembly and Filling Line
2.Ensure the OEE of the production departments meet its target.
3. Analysis performance of each manufacturing operation to ensure continuous improvement.
4. Drive improvements through implementation of programs like lean production, 5S, First time right, Preventive maintenance .
5.Responsible to plant and equipment layout to ensure efficiency process flow and optimize space銆
6.Responsible to set up an effective maintenance system for all molds, manufacturing and plant equipment to ensure effective set up time.
7. Implement new technologies, system and machinery to the management so to stay competitive and meet market demand.
8. Investigate customer complaint, process deviation or quality non-conformance and pro-actively participate in problem resolution.
9. The effective employee performance evaluation and good team building.
10. Ensure operation safety and compliance with ISO and TS as required.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Polymer Materials Science & Engineering) or equivalent.
2.Required strong expertise in Injection Molding (Knowledge in Scientific Molding will be a plus).
3.At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Injection Molding industrial and at least 5 year(s) at senior management level is required for this position.
