JOB DESCRIPTION: Supply Chain & Sourcing Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for Suzhou site Sourcing and Supply Chain department management, including material and product sourcing, purchasing, operational production planning, warehouse and shipping & logistic. The ideal candidate is to build effective disciplines for business operating, keep improving and controlling for whole supply chain system, work with global Supply Chain team to complete normal daily work and special assignments. This position will be based in Suzhou/Wujiang, China.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
脴 Be responsible for sourcing of products, materials, outsourcing partners to effectively reduce the purchasing cost, increasing product offering to sales, and to adjust production flexibilities by in-house and with out-sourcing partners.
脴 Be responsible for the purchasing plan of raw materials, effectively reduce the purchasing cost and guarantee the arrival of goods on time
脴 Be responsible for the formulation of production plan and keep in touch with domestic and foreign teams so as to make sure the shipment in time.
脴 Be responsible for the export and import of equipment, raw material as well as products, guarantee a smooth channel for logistics and rigorously control its cost.
脴 Make sure the team to fulfill the company requirements for inventory management, turnover rate and accuracy rate.
脴 Be responsible for the new project which involves the exploitation of raw material suppliers and severely reduce the cost.
脴 Complete other assigned work
脴 Any other ad-hoc assignments
QUALIFICATIONS:
脴 This position requires at least 10-year working experience in supply chain; the candidate need be an expert in all modules of supply chain such as the exploitation and management of supplier, production plan, inventory and export & import management.
脴 The candidate should be an expert in the core MPR logic of ERP, and be familiar with ERP system i.e. Kingdee.
脴 The candidate should be good at office software, EXCEL and PPT in particular and have fluent English and Chinese communication ability.
脴 The candidate should acquire excellent business negotiation skills and have high sense of responsibility.
脴 At least a 4 years bachelor degree. An engineering background is a plus.
脴 Strong leadership skills, strong in business ethics and moral, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
脴 High energy level required.
