Financial & HR Director

Position: Financial & HR Director

Report to: GM / CFO from Headquarter

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

business development - actively participate in business development (lead for Division and support for other operations) capital administration and reorganizations as required

analysis & reporting - provide accurate statutory reporting; coordinate accounting responsibilities to assure timely closings; budget, auditing, cash flow, cost information and all reporting are meet requirement. Ensure financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulation and professional standards

HR & admin - set up and implement the Human Resource policies, procedures and programs, including areas of employment, payroll, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development; lead HR Department to fulfill tasks according to company target, the position is also responsible for Administrative support

authority affairs - ensure action with Tax, SAFE, AIC, Labor and other government are legally fulfilled

 

Key Requirements:

 

bachelor鈥檚 degree in Accounting

ten years鈥 operational accounting experience in manufacturing company including five years with management financial responsibilities

international business experience

experience in capital investment strategy & administration

strong knowledge of business processes, internal controls, and GAAP (with regards to operations and cost accounting)

strong leadership skills - ability to lead and serve as effective team member

certification - CPA, CMA, CIA, etc

multi-plant manufacturing experience

public company reporting experience

ERP implementation experience

fluent English
